In Car card payments

All our vehicles are fitted with in car card readers.
If choosing to pay by card in the vehicle. You (the customer) are entering into an agreement with the driver & not Millers Citax Ltd.

If choosing to pay by Apple/Google pay, please bear in mind that an adequate phone signal is required or the payment could fail.
You should always have the card you are using to pay with you in case this happens.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure you have means to pay, we would always advise having cash or another card just in case you have problems with the first one you try.

With all the added security banks are putting in place to combat online fraud, this is now becoming a more regular occurrence.

Failure to fulfil a payment for a taxi journey you have completed may result in you being reported to the police as a non-payer.
